With a career spanning 12 years in nursing, she has dedicated a decade to leadership, serving in nursing administration roles within the challenging and dynamic environments of Rural and Critical Access Hospitals. This unique background allows Janae to bridge the critical gap between the bedside and the boardroom. She speaks the language of both clinicians focused on patient outcomes and executives focused on financial sustainability.

Having managed lean staffing models, driven quality improvement initiatives with limited resources, and aligned clinical practices with revenue cycle goals, Janae has firsthand experience with the pressures facing today's rural healthcare leaders.
