Janae Wright

Janae Wright is a dynamic Nurse Executive with over a decade of hands-on experience in C-suite leadership and hospital turnarounds. Holding an MBA and MSN in Nursing, she has dedicated her career to revitalizing underperforming healthcare facilities, particularly in rural settings where resources are scarce and challenges are amplified.

Born and raised in Clayton, New Mexico—a small rural community—Janae grew up working as a ranch hand for her father, gaining firsthand knowledge of the grit, resilience, and self-reliance required to thrive in isolated areas.

This upbringing instilled in her a profound respect for rural independence and determination, shaping her deep understanding of the unique needs and values of rural people and communities.

Jason Wright

Major Jason Wright, PA-C, is an Active-Duty Army Veteran and Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of frontline clinical experience, specializing in rural emergency room (ER) medicine.

As a combat-tested provider, Jason brings a unique blend of military discipline and medical precision to the rural healthcare landscape.

His career has spanned high-stakes environments, from battlefield medicine to remote ERs in underserved American communities, where he has honed skills in rapid assessment, crisis stabilization, and resource optimization.
