Having helped numerous other facilities through leadership transitions, mergers, opening new hospitals, building new service lines and programs, accreditation, staffing, and development of quality initiatives, I am confident in my ability to bring stability and growth to your organization. I understand the tribulations of rural hospitals and can help you overcome them as an interim leader or consultant.
